Data analytics agency Differential Asia has joined forces with human experience company Potentiate to expand Potentiate’s HX Connect platform and syndicated management model to South East Asia.
The partnership will focus on addressing the customer experience benchmarking needs of the automotive industry in the region, applying a model that has been successfully implemented in Australia and other mature markets for over 20 years. The partnership and the technology will provide real-time customer experience feedback across the entire customer lifecycle, allowing for a more holistic view for manufacturers to assess, analyse and action.
